Hard Hat Tour gives Geranium purchasers a behind the scenes look at construction

Geranium recently hosted one of its famous Hard Hat Tours, giving people a behind the scenes look at the high quality and complex construction methods carried out by their onsite team of trades and contractors.
The 75-person group consisted of buyers in Geranium’s Aurora, Stouffville, and Pickering communities, as well as prospective purchasers. The tour was led by experienced site superintendent, Brent Shaw.
“We’ve been holding these tours, when our construction programs permit, for the past eight years and always get an excellent response,” says Shaw. “Building is a highly complex process and we believe it helps to share how we apply best practices in construction methods and materials to ensure a top quality home for our buyers.”
The group was led through a two-storey home in Geranium’s sold out Trails of Cardinal Point community in Stouffville, where people have started moving in. The home was at the stage prior to drywalling, so the attendees could see everything going on behind the walls.
