Great Gulf is Making a Move at Yonge and Richmond
By Lucas on Nov 28, 2012
Great Gulf is one of those developers that has made a true difference across the GTA. Everyone who has any stock in the real estate game appreciates the impact that their latest project, One Bloor, will have on Toronto. Great Gulf is also developing on the southern end of our city, with Monde, an award winning project that is jump starting the redevelopment of our waterfront.
Another Great Gulf development that has caught our attention is “Yonge and Richmond,” located at 24 Lombard St. We haven’t received the finer details of the project quite yet, but we are expecting them soon. What we do know is that Great Gulf is going to transform this surface parking lot into something amazing!
We have some initial renderings, and we haven’t posted them yet, but we can say that Great Gulf is definitely living up to its reputation.
The Yonge and Richmond area will be coveted by potential new home purchasers, given its proximity to transit and shopping, and especially work. The area borders other great Toronto neighbourhoods, like the St. Lawrence Market and the Financial District.
We have so many questions that need answering! What type of amenities are they planning to offer? What kind of suites? What features and finishes should we expect? We can’t wait!
What are your hopes for 24 Lombard Street?
What expectations do you have for the site?
