Urbantowns - via Treasure Hill Homes
Placing fifth with 15 sales is Urbantowns on Bayview, a new community by Treasure Hill Homes in Richmond Hill. This popular townhome community has been selling well since it opened. The remaining townhomes range from 1,904 to 2,460 square feet and prices are starting at $729,900.
Greenbrook - via Lakeview Homes
Coming in the final position on the Trimart report is another townhome community called Greenbrook Village, a Shelburne community by Lakeview Homes.
