Granite Homes enhances model home experience with cutting-edge virtual reality tour

The Grand Opening of Doon West in Kitchener is this weekend, and Granite Homes has something special planned - they are introducing new cutting-edge virtual reality (VR) technology for an enhanced model home experience.
The virtual model home features The Diamond model, a 1,900 square foot, 3-bedroom, end-unit (the largest of the freehold townhomes available at Doon West).
The VR model will allow you to walk through the entire home as if you’re actually in it, and you’ll even be able to change the features and finishes with the push of a button.

For the most part in the preconstruction market, model homes aren’t built in time for the community opening. That’s why Granite partnered with LandMark VR Technology to bring a more immersive and interactive homebuying experience to Doon West.
This is the first time you’ll see VR this realistic in the new home industry. Doon West is just the beginning for Granite Homes when it comes to the VR experience. Going forward, Granite will integrate this innovative software into the launch of future communities.
