Grand Openings Sizzle in New Low-Rise Market

Since June, grand openings have been extremely successful in the new low-rise market, according to Trimart Research Corporation. With the Canadian economy expected to experience moderate growth over the coming months, new home sales are predicted to rise and remain strong. Another special note is that townhomes have become very popular amongst homebuyers in the Total Market Area.
Listed below are a few recent and notable grand openings in the low-rise market:
Aurora Trails - via Paradise Homes
The top position on this week’s Trimart report is taken by Paradise Homes’ collection of townhomes, semis, and 38’ and 43’ detached homes at Aurora Trails, which saw a tremendous 105 sales during the grand opening month. The homes range from 1,500 to 3,350 square feet and are priced as low as $499,990.
Aurora Trails - via Arista Homes
Taking the second spot is Arista Homes’ offering at Aurora Trails. During the grand opening month, Arista sold 76 homes. Aurora Trails features townhomes, and 38’ and 43’ detached homes, ranging from 1,486 to 3,292 square feet with prices starting from $459,990.
The Towns of Richview - via National Homes
Coming in third, with 63 sales in the opening month is The Towns of Richview by National Homes. Located in Toronto, the townhomes range from 1,611 to 2,411 square feet. Prices start as low as $589,990.
Aurora Trails - via OPUS Homes
Aurora Trials makes another appearance on the Trimart report, occupying the fourth position with OPUS Homes’ collection of townhomes, semis, and 38’ and 43’ detached homes. OPUS saw 42 sales during the opening month. Their collection ranges from 1,696 to 3,118 square feet and are priced from $501,990.
Upper West Side - via Aspen Ridge Homes
Following closely behind is Upper West Side by Aspen Ridge Homes with 41 sales during opening month. Upper West Side features 41’ and 50’ detached homes, ranging from 2,878 to 4,885 square feet. Prices start at $1,124,990.
The sixth spot on the trimart report is taken by a new opening at Brooklin’s Forest, a Zancor Homes project that saw 28 sales in its first month. The townhomes of Brooklin’s Forest range from 1,314 to 2,217 square feet and prices start from $379,990.
