Grand Cornell in Markham Nearly 50% Sold!

Last weekend, we had the privilege of attending the preview opening of Grand Cornell Brownstones in Markham by Lindvest.
At no surprise, there was quite the turnout for Grand Cornell. As Michoel Klugmann, Vice President of Lindvest, explained to us recently, “This is the opportunity for people to buy a high-end unit in a low-rise setting with access to many local amenities. It’s just a few hundred meters to Markham Hospital and all its new development, and we’re very close to the 407 and Highway 7. Another big point is that it’s in an established community.”
There are a total of 250 units at Grand Cornell. After the successful broker event a week ago and last weekend’s preview opening, the project is nearly 50% sold! If you’re in the market for a new home in Markham, then you should probably attend the grand opening of Grand Cornell on March 22nd.

Grand Cornell is another great stacked townhome project by Lindvest. The homes range from 863 to 1,637 square feet with two- and three-bedroom floorplans available.

It may not seem like a big difference, but those cents add up; you would be saving thousands of dollars a year.
