Geranium Breaks Ground at Copperstone in Ballantrae

The whole team at Newinhomes.com is very excited to hear that Geranium Homes’ luxury Ballantrae community, Copperstone, is now officially under construction.

Geranium launched Copperstone 10 months ago, and has since sold 17 of the 18 half-acre lots; an impressive feat for a high-end enclave of homes starting at $1.2 million. The private cul-de-sac will feature an intimate collection of two-storey detached homes and bungalows with lofts. There is only one lot remaining (Lot #17), located at the entrance of the cul-de-sac, so it is one of the first Copperstone homes you will see when driving down Lakeshore Road.

One of our favourite aspects of the Balmoral design is the hexagonal living room, which is located directly below the fourth bedroom (which more than 200 square feet). Ballantrae and the surrounding area is also known for its equestrian farms. The closest one to Copperstone would be Tartan Mews Equestrian, which is a full service boarding and lesson facility, featuring indoor and outdoor arenas, an exercise track, and much more.
