GDHBA 2013 Builder of the Year: Reid’s Heritage Homes

For some home builders, the awards just don’t stop rolling in; one of those builders is Reid’s Heritage Homes.
Earlier this month at the annual President’s Ball and Awards of Distinction (for the Guelph home building industry), the Guelph and District Home Builders’ Association (GDHBA) awarded Reid’s Heritage Homes 2013 Builder of the Year.
“We are honoured to be receiving this recognition from our industry peers,” said Blake Seeberger, Senior Vice-President of Residential at Reid’s Heritage Homes, in a press release. “It confirms that our commitment to top quality, satisfied customers, environmental responsibility, superior service and exceptional, forward-thinking design translates into quality and value for our customers, and inspires our team to continue creating vibrant neighbourhoods across Ontario every day.”
This isn’t the only award Reid’s Heritage Homes walked away with that day. The GDHBA also awarded them the Most Outstanding Single Detached Design over 2,500 Sq. Ft. for the Cloverdale model of their Westminster Highlands community in Fergus.
It’s been a good year for Reid’s Heritage Homes. Other recent accolades include making the 2014 list of the 50 Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada, the 2013 City of Guelph Water Conservation and Efficiency Award, acknowledging the company’s continued leadership in the city’s Blue Built Home program, and two 2013 Silver National Sales and Marketing Awards from the National Association of Home Builders.

As one of the best small to medium builders in Canada, Reid’s Heritage Homes constantly has multiple projects on the go.
