Fusion Homes unveils the Carmichael

Fusion Homes, named Ontario Builder of the Year by Tarion Warranty Corporation two years running, is excited to announce the grand opening of its newest model home in the master-planned Summerside community in London, Ontario. The 2,200 square foot Carmichael model is one of Fusion Homes' brand new 40' home designs and will open to the public on Saturday, August 28, 2010.
Lindsay Grimster, Fusion Homes' in-house interior designer, decorated the three-bedroom, double-car garage home with a contemporary, eco-chic theme, keeping in mind the needs and desires of today's busy family.
"The model showcases a modern style and we used natural materials and textures, such as natural walnut flooring and textured fabrics, that are visually appealing yet functional because they are easy to maintain and conceal wear and tear, scratches and spills," Grimster says. "The home's open-concept main floor is great for entertaining and also offers great family-friendly features, such as a walk-in pantry and a large kitchen and breakfast area."
In addition, a standard inclusion in every Fusion home is the company's award-winning E2 energy efficiency package, which has been carefully designed to combine state-of-the-art construction practices and materials to enhance the overall energy efficiency of each home. The energy savings achieved by Fusion Homes' E2 program rivals the most energy-efficient homes found on the market.
