Fusion Homes: Tarion Builder of the Year for the 6th Time

Now that the Tarion Awards of Excellence have wrapped up, we want to highlight one builder that has walked away a big winner this award season. Priding themselves on never missing a closing date, Fusion Homes is now a proud six-time winner of the Tarion Ontario Builder of the Year Award for the Large Volume category (100+ possessions/year).
With this win, Fusion Homes becomes an eight-time finalist, and they are also the only builder in Ontario with six wins in the low-rise division.

The Tarion Awards of Excellence are the only industry awards that are based solely on the satisfaction of homebuyers. Tarion sent out a comprehensive survey to 49,000 homeowners who took possession of their new home between October 1, 2013 and September 30, 2014. Just under 8,000 responses were received, representing about 16% of the new homeowners in Ontario for that period of time. The survey covers the entire homebuying process from the signing of the agreement of purchase and sale, through construction, to the pre-delivery inspection, all the way to the after-sales service.
