Five Condominiums: Scaling to new heights
By on Jan 26, 2011
The building - designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects - will incorporate the 1905 gothic facade of the old Rawlinson warehouse, located at the corner of St. Joseph and St. Nichols. Five Condos will restore the building and incorporate it into the new 45 storey residential tower. The tower itself will be a mix of steel and glass rising above the historical warehouse.
The suites range from heritage lofts to tower suites, with a wide range of choices for any buyer. From studios to two bedrooms plus den floorplans, with sizes from 400 - 1,400 sq. ft. The interior suite finishes - designed by Cecconi Simone Inc - will be a mix of sophistication and edginess, mirroring the building itself. They will feature 9-10 ft ceilings, pre-finished engineered woods in the living areas, stainless steel appliances and contemporary custom kitchen cabinets.
Located just off of Yonge St. between Bloor and Queen, Five Condominiums is a building that is located right in the middle of everything that is urban in Toronto. From small boutiques to many top eateries, there is something for everyone. With the Subway only a block away, your only minutes from downtown.
Prices at Five Condominiums start from the mid $200,000s
