Five Condominiums continue to set a trend on at Yonge and St. Joseph.

FIVE Condos at St. Joseph Toronto MOD Developments

The building - designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects - will incorporate the 1905 gothic facade of the old Rawlinson warehouse, located at the corner of St. Joseph and St. Nichols. Five Condos will restore the building and incorporate it into the new 45 storey residential tower. The tower itself will be a mix of steel and glass rising above the historical warehouse.

The plan also sees a focus put in St. Nichols St. The cobblestone street will soon play host to a series of retail shops, which could include small shops and one of a kind food uses such as cafes, bakeries and fruit stores. Combined with the new retail planned for the restored Yonge St. Buildings also on site, Five Condos will serve as a model for future developments.

The suites range from heritage lofts to tower suites, with a wide range of choices for any buyer. From studios to two bedrooms plus den floorplans, with sizes from 400 - 1,400 sq. ft. The interior suite finishes - designed by Cecconi Simone Inc - will be a mix of sophistication and edginess, mirroring the building itself. They will feature 9-10 ft ceilings, pre-finished engineered woods in the living areas, stainless steel appliances and contemporary custom kitchen cabinets.

The amenities in the building will focus on both entertainment and relaxation. Residents will have accesses to Five on Five, which will include 10,000 Sq Ft. of  amenities. From the piano bar and dining room to the cardio studio and weight training room, the amenities are countless at Five Condominiums
