First-time buyers are flocking to Daniels FirstHome™ Sunny Meadow in Brampton!

The weekend everyone has been waiting for is almost here! Daniels FirstHome™ Sunny Meadow in Brampton will go on sale on Saturday, October 15th at 8 am sharp!
Yesterday, Daniels started previewing Sunny Meadow to registrants and the public. There are preview tours happening today from 11 am to 7 pm, and then there are private tours scheduled for tomorrow from 12 pm to 5 pm.
Now that previewing has commenced, Daniels is only accepting new registrations at the preview event, so if you’re interested in Sunny Meadow, you need to visit the community as soon as possible during the times mentioned above.
On the big day (October 15th), prospective purchasers are being serviced on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it would make sense to be there early. In order to purchase at Sunny Meadow this Saturday, you must be registered. Daniels also warns that parking is limited, so if you don’t want to waste time looking for parking, take transit!
The condo is nearly complete, so this is a very special preview event. You actually have the opportunity to tour the floor plans before deciding on your purchase. Some buyers, especially first-timers, have a difficult time imagining the suite from a 2D floor plan. At Sunny Meadow, this isn’t an issue.
Since Daniels started accepting registrations for Sunny Meadow, the response has been incredible. There aren’t many opportunities for first-time buyers in Brampton, so there are many eager singles and couples looking to enter the market this weekend.
“Our first FirstHome™ Brampton community on Bramalea Road just north of Sandalwood Parkway was a massive success. Given the overwhelming response we have received for FirstHome™ Sunny Meadow, we expect these homes will sell out even faster, especially considering our FirstHome™ program is designed to help make the homeownership process easy and attainable,” said Daniels Vice-President Don Pugh when we first heard about the project.
For first-time buyers, one of the most difficult things about buying a home is having the down payment. On opening day, you can purchase with just 5% down and you can also take advantage of Daniels’ Gradual Deposit Payment Plan. This Plan allows you to pay only $3,000 with your Agreement of Purchase and Sale, another $3,000 in 10 days, and then $1,000 a month until you reach 5% or final closing.
Speaking of closings, since Sunny Meadow is so close to completion, there are 60, 90, and 120 day closings available! Usually, if you’re buying a new construction home, you’re waiting at least a couple years before you close (you’ll wait even longer for a high-rise development).
