First-time buyer says Daniels “made buying easy”

When Daniels FirstHome™ Sunny Meadow in Brampton launched in fall 2016, first-time buyers flocked to it. Very rarely do first-time buyers have the opportunity to purchase a new low-rise home in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), especially in a hot market like Brampton. With that in mind, we’d like to share a testimonial from one of the happy purchasers.
Chris Nobes lives in Brampton and works as an IT coordinator in Mississauga. After hearing about Daniels FirstHome™ Sunny Meadow through a friend and then seeing a sign on his commute home, he decided to register.

“I waited in line, and I have to say everyone was very nice, including the Daniels sales staff,” Chris says. “It helped 100% to walk through the models, and to know for sure the space will work for what I want.”
Chris fell in love with an open concept one-bedroom during his preview of the models. “I got on the waiting list for it, and when they called to say I could buy it, I answered ‘Let’s do this!’” he said. His move-in date has been scheduled for this summer. He says “it gives me time to get my finances in order and look around at furniture.”
Speaking of finances, first-time buyers love Daniels’ Gradual Deposit Payment Plan. First-time buyers only need 5% down to purchase; they put down $3,000 upon signing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, another $3,000 in 10 days, and then $1,000 a month until they reach 5% or final closing. Daniels also works with financial institutions to lock down mortgage rates, which helps keep carrying costs lower.
“They made it all clear, and without any pressure,” Chris said about the Daniels team. “They actually made buying easy.”
