Final Release Coming to Upper Unionville in Markham!

If you live in or around Markham, or anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for that matter, you’ve probably heard of Upper Unionville, the grand master-plan from leading builders: Arista Homes, Fieldgate Homes, Paradise Homes, and Starlane Home Corporation.

Well, the last bit of big news about the Markham community has dropped - you can now browse the new home offerings and site plan online in anticipation of the final release on September 20, 2014!
That’s right, after a series of successful releases, the finale is upon us. In Phase 1 of Upper Unionville, the builders sold more than 700 homes. Back in May 2013, homebuyers camped out for days in their cars in order to get the first look at Phase 2. Over 2,000 people attended and they sold over 100 homes in the first day!

Earlier this year in January, each builder released a special collection of just 18 homes. We thought the incredibly frigid weather would have prevented homebuyers from lining up overnight, but we were wrong. People were parking their cars and reserving spots two days in advance!
If history has taught us anything, it’s that Upper Unionville is one of the most desirable new home communities in Markham. Since the upcoming release is the final one, we’re anticipating another super long lineup. That’s why it is so important for you to browse the builders’ offerings online before you visit the sales centres on September 20.
