Earlier this year, ELAD CANADA broke ground at The Colours of Emerald City, the fourth condo at their expansive master-planned community in North York. This fall, you can expect Fifth on the Park, Emerald City’s fifth condo, to launch to registrants.
Fifth on the Park gets its name from the stunning green space that it will overlook. The slender point tower was designed by the award-winning international firm WZMH Architects.
