Fieldgate welcomes a big crowd in Stouffville (again!)

Fall has been a busy season for Fieldgate Homes, and they just had another successful opening in Stouffville last weekend!

In September, Fieldgate kicked off the fall season with a big opening at Cityside Stouffville and Blue Sky. It was a huge success. Fieldgate has a longstanding history of building quality homes in Stouffville, so when a new opening is announced, people show up. 

Then in October, Fieldgate had an opening in Brampton for Upper Valleylands. There was a great turnout and many sales were made. Later in the month, they opened at Richlands in Richmond Hill; once again, huge crowds, homes were sold! Then the weekend after, they opened at New Kleinburg, and hundreds of people were there to visit all five builders involved in the community.

We can’t remember the last time we heard about a builder scheduling new releases for five consecutive weekends. The planning that must have gone into it in order to coordinate the openings at four different sites must have been exhausting! Oh, and we forgot to mention that Fieldgate's Richlands site was also open last weekend for a sales event! 

As far as we know, Fieldgate doesn’t have another opening scheduled for the rest of the year, but they ended their strong run of openings on a high note with the new release in Stouffville last weekend. 

There was a pretty good turnout and everyone braved the cold for an opportunity to buy a freehold townhome or a detached home. There was hot chocolate and face painting, so the kids were occupied while parents browsed the lots, elevations, and floor plans. 

As usual, we arrived right on time for doors to open, and the parking lot was nearly full. Since the Fieldgate staff have spent the last five weekends managing large groups of eager homebuyers, the crowd management went pretty smoothly. 

Small groups at a time were allowed into the sales centre and were served in the order they entered. It looked like Fieldgate did what they did at other recent openings, they handed out numbers to people in line. That way, everyone was served in a fair and orderly manner.
