Fieldgate is releasing 70 new detached homes in Brampton this spring!

We are very excited to announce that there is a new release of detached homes coming to Brampton this spring! The new collection of homes will be at Cobblestones South by Fieldgate Homes.
The new release at this West Brampton community will feature 70 detached homes with 36’ lots. The homes range up to more than 3,400 square feet, plus there are spacious lower levels. All of the layouts are four- and five-bedroom, and the exteriors are brick and stone.
In a time when there’s only 1,001 new low-rise homes available across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), a release of 70 detached homes is a big deal, especially since there were just 324 detached homes on the market as of the end of February 2017. In one release, Fieldgate is bumping up the detached home inventory by 20%.
That said, there’s a good chance these 70 homes won’t be available for very long after being released, so you’ll need to act quickly. Recently, Fieldgate announced a new collection of freehold linked singles and semis at Blue Sky in Stouffville. At first, there was supposed to be a grand opening weekend that operated on a first come, first serve basis, but when people started lining up a week in advance, Fieldgate had to switch to an online appointment booking system!
The appointments were booked up in minutes and the release sold out in a few hours. With demand this strong for linked homes in Stouffville, we can only imagine how buyers will be scrambling for four- and five-bedroom detached homes in Brampton.
Brampton
For the last few years in a row, Brampton has seen the most new low-rise sales out of all of the GTA regions and surrounding areas. Last year, there were 4,336 new low-rise sales in Brampton. Milton came in second place, thousands of sales behind Brampton with just 1,588.
Why are families flocking to Brampton? There’s plenty of parks and golf courses, convenient amenities, room to grow, and a lot of new development in the works.
