Fieldgate announces Upper Valleylands opening is March 3rd

One of the most highly anticipated new home communities in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is Upper Valleylands by Fieldgate Homes.

Located at Mayfield Rd. and Chinguacousy Rd. on the Brampton & Caledon border, the community will boast the signature look and feel of Fieldgate’s highly successful Valleylands community in West Brampton.

At this price point, Upper Valleylands is a great opportunity for move-up buyers. All that said, we think the neighbourhood alone is enough reason to register for Upper Valleylands.

The community features more than 30 acres of greenspace, including two community parks and plenty of surrounding parkland. There are also nearby elementary schools, shopping, grocery stores, dining, and golf courses.
