Fieldgate and Greenpark Celebrate Groundbreaking at AXIOM in Toronto

Earlier this summer, Fieldgate and Greenpark announced that Phase 1 of AXIOM Condominiums in Toronto was sold out, and they started collecting registrations for Phase 2. Well, AXIOM has hit another milestone as the builders recently gathered to celebrate the official groundbreaking!
As the builders dug their golden shovels into the dirt, a demolition crew was on site taking down a building to make way for the construction crew. Once the site is ready for excavation, the construction team will start digging both parking garages, and once they hit grade, Phase 1 will be the first to rise.
Phase 2 of AXIOM features a wide selection of floorplans, from studios to two-bedroom+dens, ranging from 420 to 954 square feet. Fieldgate and Greenpark are still accepting registrations for Phase 2, and with prices starting in the mid $200,000s, we’re expecting the units to move very quickly!
