Menkes Developments’ latest projects,
Fabrik Condos.

Fabrik will rise in an ultra-modern fashion, but also feature a few contemporary details, like the sleek glass panelling. What makes this design noticeable is the giant glass cube that will occupy the top five or six floors. Normally, the podium of a building is where you see the glass panelled cube, but Menkes has theirs topping this one off, naturally and beautifully, as if this is the way it is always done.
Besides being stunning and surrounded by Toronto’s finest, Fabrik will also feature its own collection of high-end amenities, including well-equipped workout facilities, a yoga studio, an expansive party room, a theatre for rewatching favourite films with friends, and even a pet grooming room. One of the highlighted spots in Fabrik will be their beautifully landscaped outdoor terrace, which will feature a fireplace, multiple barbecue stations, and lounge areas for socializing with your neighbours.
Fabrik Condos will be comprised of approximately 168 units, ranging in sizes from 424 to 1,388 square feet. We have not received any renderings of the units, but the interiors have been designed by one of our favourites, Giannone Petricone Associates, so we are certain that they will be impressive. Prices for these amazing units will be starting in the mid $200,000s, and they will definitely move fast!
