Exhibit Offers Limited Edition Suites

By on Mar 10, 2011

Exhibit, a visionary new condominium by Bazis, Metropia and Plaza, is an extraordinary new design concept that is not only breathtaking to view, it also offers a brilliant new perspective on living with a bold collection of truly original suite designs.

Designed by Rosario Varacalli, one of Toronto’s premier architects, Exhibit will rise up as four cubes, each slightly rotated and veiled with fritted glass. It will artfully compliment, and contrast with the brilliant Royal Ontario Museum crystal structure, and the distinctively vibrant Bloor/Yorkville lifestyle.

“Exhibit’s design addresses the context of its neighbourhood and specifically Daniel Libeskind’s intervention on the ROM,” says Varacalli. “Exhibit, with its four cube structure, will be an inspired and dramatic new landmark on the city’s horizon.”

Each of the four cubes that comprise Exhibit is like a building onto itself, with each cube showcasing uniquely different Limited Edition suite collections and singular advantages. However, all residences will share the same high standards of luxurious finishes, from exclusively-designed interiors by Diego Burdi of Burdifilek, designers of Holt Renfrew, to sweeping wrap-around windows and outdoor fritted-glazed balconies and windows in all bedrooms. As well, there is above ground parking for all residents in a separate cube at the rear which will be wrapped by windows providing natural light throughout the parking garage.

Cube One showcases a selection of gracious, open concept south facing suites overlooking the ROM and Bloor Street. Many of these suites have dramatic wrap-around windows, fritted-glazed balconies, and exquisite European-inspired kitchens with Miele appliances. Residents living in this cube will have the convenience of parking their car on the same level as their suite.

Cube Two and Three share the same qualities as Cube One, with the added benefit of many of the suites offering magnificently proportioned oversized terraces and everlasting and protected panoramic views looking south and north.

Soaring above all, Cube Four features the residence’s most breathtaking everlasting panoramic views in all directions. Suites have been crafted with an exquisite attention to detail, with wrap-around windows and balconies and grand oversized terraces, as well as European-inspired kitchens outfitted with Subzero, Wolf and Miele appliances.

All residents will be welcomed home through a stunning lobby designed by Diego Burdi. There is also a spectacular Entertainment Floor, showcasing several lounges, one with a cool curved bar, and the other with a private dining room with catering kitchen, a party room with a linear fireplace, and outdoor rooftop garden oasis with a shimmering reflecting pool. One floor above, residents can work out in the fitness gallery equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, enjoy the yoga studio or relax in the cool down lounge next to an inviting double-sided fireplace.

Exhibit is perfectly situated in one of Toronto’s most sought after locations –within easy walking distance of luxury boutiques and specialty shops such as Tiffany’s, Gucci, Chanel, Prada and Holt Renfrew, as well as delightful dining and entertainment on Bloor and in Yorkville.

There will be just 200 suites over 32 floors. Suites in the building range from one bedroom units up to two bedroom plus den. Prices will start from the $500,000’s.

The Exhibit presentation centre will open this spring and will be located at 162 Cumberland Street. To register call 416-967-7778 or visit the website at: www.exhibitresidences.com.
