Exhibit Offers Limited Edition Suites

Designed by Rosario Varacalli, one of Toronto’s premier architects, Exhibit will rise up as four cubes, each slightly rotated and veiled with fritted glass. It will artfully compliment, and contrast with the brilliant Royal Ontario Museum crystal structure, and the distinctively vibrant Bloor/Yorkville lifestyle.
“Exhibit’s design addresses the context of its neighbourhood and specifically Daniel Libeskind’s intervention on the ROM,” says Varacalli. “Exhibit, with its four cube structure, will be an inspired and dramatic new landmark on the city’s horizon.”
Cube One showcases a selection of gracious, open concept south facing suites overlooking the ROM and Bloor Street. Many of these suites have dramatic wrap-around windows, fritted-glazed balconies, and exquisite European-inspired kitchens with Miele appliances. Residents living in this cube will have the convenience of parking their car on the same level as their suite.
Soaring above all, Cube Four features the residence’s most breathtaking everlasting panoramic views in all directions. Suites have been crafted with an exquisite attention to detail, with wrap-around windows and balconies and grand oversized terraces, as well as European-inspired kitchens outfitted with Subzero, Wolf and Miele appliances.
All residents will be welcomed home through a stunning lobby designed by Diego Burdi. There is also a spectacular Entertainment Floor, showcasing several lounges, one with a cool curved bar, and the other with a private dining room with catering kitchen, a party room with a linear fireplace, and outdoor rooftop garden oasis with a shimmering reflecting pool. One floor above, residents can work out in the fitness gallery equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, enjoy the yoga studio or relax in the cool down lounge next to an inviting double-sided fireplace.
There will be just 200 suites over 32 floors. Suites in the building range from one bedroom units up to two bedroom plus den. Prices will start from the $500,000’s.
