On March 30th,
Exhibit Condominiums – a new development brought to us by
Bazis Inc., Plazacorp and Metropia – was introduced to a select group at Yonge St. and Avenue Rd.
The crowd took in the project while enjoying speeches from the developer and architect as well as Barbara Lawlor of Baker Real Estate.
Situated across from the Royal Ontario Museum, Exhibit will reflect its area with unique and sleek, four-cube design. Each of the four cubes is slightly skewed, giving the appearance of stacking random cubes in a vertical structure.
Exhibit will be an intimate building of just 200 suites spread over 32 floors. Suites in the building will range from one-bedroom units up to two bedroom plus den, and sized from 506 sq. ft. to 1492 sq. ft.
Every residence has been designed with luxury in mind, from the designer kitchen cabinetry to the outdoor ‘fritted-glazed’ balconies. In addition, all of the suites in
Exhibit have been oriented to the north and south, offering magnificent panoramic views of the city.
Exhibit is located minutes from some of the city’s finest restaurants and within easy walking distance of luxury boutiques. Specialty shops such as Tiffany’s, Gucci, Chanel, Prada and Holt Renfrew and the Yorkville area is all at your doorstep.
To bring
Exhibit Condominiums to Toronto,
Bazis, Plazacorp and Metropia brought in some of the top names in design. Burdifilek is an award winning interior design firm that embraces sophistication and creative intelligence. The Cube design was the brainchild of r. Varacalli Architect Inc, a Toronto based firm with over 25 years of design excellence behind them. Also working on the Project is the NAK Design Group, a design and consulting firm.
Collectively, they made it their goal to make Exhibit Condominiums stand out from the competition. From an early look at the project, we think they’ve succeeded in this goal.
