Estates on the Ravine Gallery Now Open in Markham
By Lucas on Mar 12, 2015
Last weekend, Fairgate Homes hosted the Registrant Gallery Opening for their highly anticipated Markham community, Estates on the Ravine. Rendering artist David Spann of Spann Studios was in attendance to help showcase the thoughtful approach behind the incredible home designs. There was a very positive response from the prospective buyers, who especially appreciated the privacy of the cul-de-sac and the spacious backyards with ravine views.
Each residence boasts a heritage-style design, complementing the surrounding architecture in Old Markham Village. Every elevation and floor plan is unique, and ranges from 4,295 to 5,093 square feet. As mentioned, all nine homes will be situated on their own private street, backing onto a lush ravine and a Rouge River tributary. Without a doubt, Estates on the Ravine is adding a touch of subtle sophistication to an already classy and vibrant neighbourhood.
