Empire Avalon is now 90% sold after a successful new townhome release!

At the beginning of 2016, one of the most exciting new low-rise communities on our radar was Empire’s new Caledonia community, Avalon. They hooked us with their innovative social media app, and wowed us with their ambitious 530-acre master-plan. Recently, Empire released a brand new collection of townhomes that sold very well over the weekend, so Phases 1 & 2 are now 90% sold!
We’re not surprised at all to hear that Avalon has been selling so well over the busy spring season. Empire made headlines when they launched the social media app that put the viewer in their own personal movie about their future life at Avalon.
Plus, with prices rising so dramatically in the Greater Toronto Area and new low-rise inventory hitting record lows, many families have decided to extend their search for a new home to other locations, and they are discovering amazing communities like Avalon in Caledonia.
Another reason that Avalon has attracted so many interested families is that all the homes are ENERGY STAR qualified, which means that every home will be at least 20% more energy efficient than the Ontario Building Code requires.
Empire has built more than 3,000 ENERGY STAR qualified homes and they recently received the 2015 Green Home Builder of the Year Award from the Hamilton Halton Home Builders’ Association (HHHBA).
Empire clinched the buyers’ trust when they announced their partnership with Mike Holmes and that Avalon is a part of the Holmes Approved Homes program. This program, spearheaded by home renovation expert Mike Holmes, promotes high quality, safe home building by inspecting every home with a three stage inspection process.
