Origin Story:
In May 2005, when Elliot was 26, he was hired as a Site Clerk for Monarch. Starting at the bottom gave him the experience to truly understand the science behind construction. In 2007, Elliot was promoted to Finishing Supervisor, which gave him even more hands-on experience. In 2012, he became responsible for Low Rise Direct Costs Budgets, making him the main man for finding the right trades for new projects.

Houses will have control panels that will allow you to use your house how you like. Homes will be far more interactive beyond just a thermostat and dimmer switches. Everything will be wireless. The majority of homes will be built at our current Energy Star Levels or better (due to the mandate of the increasing Energy Standards in the code by 15% in each edition). Today’s highest quality home will be tomorrow’s low-end build. Customers always demand more and more and it is up to builders to deliver or not sell units.”

Elliot is an avid walker. He enjoys strolling along the streets of Toronto, checking out all the new developments underway. He is also a huge sports fan and outdoor enthusiast, and sorry ladies, he’s recently married!
