Eleven Superior: The Ground is Broken!

On Oct. 17, we headed out to Mimico to celebrate the groundbreaking of Eleven Superior, one of our favourite infill projects. Eleven Superior by Davies Smith Developments sits at the corner of Lakeshore and Superior Avenue, and boasts an innovative design, courtesy of RAW Design.
Developers Graham Chalmers and Ian Smith were on hand with local Councillor Mark Grimes and architect Roland Rom Colthoff to celebrate the start of construction. Many local residents also came by and celebrated the milestone! After the ceremony, Councillor Grimes took everyone on a quick tour to explain the rejuvenation plan for Mimico’s waterfront.
