By Lucas on Jun 04, 2015
With numerous new openings in May 2015, Trimart Research Corporation has announced that there have been 3,103 new low-rise sales in the Total Market Area (TMA) over the last month; that’s a record for this time of year! This week’s Hot Spots list is mostly dominated by one community and the great success that all the builders experienced, and that community is Queensville in East Gwillimbury.
Listed below are some notable low-rise sites of the last month:
Queen's Landing - via Minto
The number one position is taken by a new East Gwillimbury community with 91 sales last month, but it’s not Queensville, it’s actually Minto’s Queens Landing development. The community features townhomes and 36’ and 43’ detached homes ranging from 1,109 to 3,502 square feet, and prices started at $335,990. Phase 1 is now sold out, and Minto is collecting registrations for Phase 2. Before we highlight a few more East Gwillimbury builders, we should let you know that East Gwillimbury will be booming for the next few years due to its prominent growth plan and the amount of builders who have plans for the area.
