The Earth Rangers and their Animal Ambassadors are always at hit in our schools.
From Opus Homes
Another proud recipient of the OPUS Homes Families Helping Families Program is Earth Rangers. Chances are, if you have kids, you know all about the Earth Rangers. They spread the word about conservation and sustainability, along with their Animal Ambassadors, through school programming, through the web, and on TV.
Earth Rangers is a conservation organization that’s dedicated to educating children and their families about biodiversity and empowering them to become directly involved in conservation. The funds raised through the Families Helping Families Program go directly to supporting the Earth Rangers School Outreach Program.
“We are thrilled to be working with OPUS Homes this school year. The funds provided will allow Earth Rangers to bring our environmental education programs into elementary schools in the various OPUS Homes communities,” said Tovah Barocas, Director, Development, Earth Rangers.
OPUS Homes appreciates being able to positively impact the programming at the schools in its’ communities, and believes in doing everything it can to support our local environments, from reducing our own waste, offering homes with energy-saving technology, and giving back to organizations that protect our precious natural resources and wildlife.
