Dragon Condos in Toronto is over 85% Sold!

Recently, Ideal Developments, the Toronto Chinatown BIA, and other special guests braved the cold to attend the official groundbreaking celebration at Dragon Condos, Spadina’s newest luxury boutique condo.
If you’re scratching your head right now, wondering why you remember seeing a crane up at the Dragon Condos site, it’s because there is one. Don’t worry, you’re not losing your memory. Construction actually started a few months ago, but since Ideal Developments has so much on the go right now with numerous projects in Scarborough, it’s been difficult to fit in some fun time to celebrate the Toronto development’s progress.
