We just received super exciting news from DIAM Developments – all the townhomes at Radiance in Innisfil will come with a free smart home system!
Recently, news broke that Amazon partnered with US builder, Lennar, to open Experience Centers across the states, showcasing their smart home offerings. We’ve been saying for a couple years now that it’s only a matter of time before builders in Ontario start offering smart home features as standard.
Well, that day has come. The DIAM Dynamic Smart Home System features a 5-zone lighting control system, a wall mounted keypad, and wireless thermostat, all of which can be controlled from your smartphone or tablet. The technology developed by Crestron will integrate with Amazon Alexa so voice activation is also an option!
The value of this package is $7,500, and it’s coming standard in all the townhomes at Radiance.
When you go to pick your features and finishes, you’ll have the option of upgrading the Smart Home System with things like security cameras, an audio system, window shades, an alarm system, and much more!
