You can tour three spectacular designer-decorated model townhomes at Aspen Ridge’s Kettle Lakes Club on Bayview in Richmond Hill. Albanese says she made selections based on a young artistic couple or family choosing this design. “The maple flooring and colourful accessories are reminiscent of Scandinavian decor. To enhance the playfulness of this bright townhome, we added modern classics such as the tulip chairs, which flank the trendy neon sign in the breakfast nook. Also on trend, the record player between the dining and living rooms on the spacious first floor is a popular item with young adults today. The owners of this suite will be somewhat educated in design and have a flair for fun.”
She points out that the maple floors and staircase are standards. “The kitchen is both practical and stunning, with the colourful backsplash adding tremendous visual interest. With a colour palette of white and blue, this town is happy and fresh.” Owners of the TH3 will appreciate having the laundry room on the second floor, as well as a cold cellar and three-piece rough-in on the basement level.
