During the seminar, they picked up suite design tips from Elaine Cecconi of Cecconi Simone, who worked extensively on the interior suites at B.streets and the common and amenity areas. Her topic was “Living Large in Condos” – and her tips on proper lighting and how to choose furnishings were well received by those excited to make the most of their condo space. Attendees also heard the latest on the condo market from Hunter Milborne of Milborne Real Estate, known in the industry as the “Dean of Condos.” Hunter and his team are looking after the sales program at B.streets. He spoke about current economics in the housing market and pointed out many reasons why buying now is wise. He also demystified the concept of condo maintenance fees by explaining all that they include and why they are a bargain allowing for carefree condo living.
B.streets is close to so many of the city’s favourite amenities including Harbord Village, Korea Town, Mirvish Village and is across from the historic Bloor Cinema. Residents can easily catch the TTC subway and streetcars, only steps away. The contemporary 9-storey residence will also feature superb amenities and convenient ground-floor retail space.
