Daniels unveils more details about The Wyatt in Regent Park!

We have some very exciting news for you - The Daniels Corporation recently released the first rendering of The Wyatt, their new condo development currently under construction as part of the master-planned Regent Park revitalization!
Daniels also announced that The Wyatt will start selling this fall and some details about the condo were unveiled. The Wyatt will rise 27 storeys from a black and white podium at the corner of Dundas Street East and Sumach. At street level, there will be retail space framed by a “warm material palette” of brick and wood along Dundas.
In typical Daniels fashion, The Wyatt will have an innovative collection of amenities that cater to all sorts of condo dwellers. There will be the amenities you’ve come to expect from Toronto condo developments, such as a media room, a party room, a lounge, a guest suite, and a gym with a WELLBEATS™ studio.
A few of the unconventional amenities include an outdoor space with gardening plots (a staple in Daniels’ buildings), a bouldering cave, and a kids’ zone. If you don’t know what a bouldering cave is, picture a rock climbing wall horizontal. Yeah, it’s a lot of fun. The kids’ zone will be located on the fourth floor and feature a toy room, game zone, craft room, and a kitchenette.
In addition to these amazing building amenities, The Wyatt is surrounded by all the new facilities in Regent Park, such as the Athletic Grounds, Aquatic Centre, and Community Centre. The six-acre park with picnic areas, a playground, a splash pad, gardening plots, greenhouse, off-leash dog park, and community oven, is within walking distance. Plus, Daniels Spectrum, the creative and artistic heart of Regent Park, is only a few steps away.
Buying a condo suite at The Wyatt in Regent Park
The Wyatt offers a wide selection of floor plans from studios to three-bedrooms with prices starting from the low $200,000s. Whether you’re a single person, young couple, or a family, there are many options for you at The Wyatt.
Daniels is accepting 5% down at The Wyatt, plus you have the option of taking advantage of the Gradual Deposit Payment Plan. This is how it works: Upon signing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, you pay $3,500. Then you pay $1,000 a month until you move in or until 5% is paid.
If you’re a qualified first-time buyer then you can take advantage of the First Home BOOST. This BOOST turns your 5% down payment into 15% with an interest-free and payment-free loan from Daniels. This lowers your mortgage, thereby lowering your carrying costs.
Daniels’ Inner Circle program is also being offered at The Wyatt. All you have to do is pay a one-time fee of $300 to be invited to the first advance sale and get the first selection of suites, floors, and views. If you don’t end up purchasing, Daniels will refund your money!
