Daniels named 2017 High-Rise Builder of the Year!

For the second year in a row, The Daniels Corporation is the recipient of the 2017 Tarion Homeowners’ Choice Award, High-Rise Builder of the Year.
The Homeowners’ Choice Awards (HCA) are the only industry awards that are based purely on homeowner satisfaction. 52,000 surveys were sent out to new homeowners last year and there were 8,500 responses received! Based on the results, Daniels was selected as Ontario’s best high-rise builder when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.

Over the last few years, the housing market has been highly competitive, so it’s been crucial for developers to ensure they are supporting and promoting a comfortable and stress-free homebuying experience. Daniels has done an amazing job managing the crowds with their Inner Circle program. This program allows Daniels to devote more time and attention to a smaller crowd of serious buyers, as opposed to a database of thousands.
