Danforth Square brings urban village living to Toronto

Recently, we discussed a variety of reasons why you should invest in the Danforth Village neighbourhood of Toronto. With that in mind, we’d like to direct your attention slightly to the east where Time Development Group is developing Danforth Square, a new master-planned community on Danforth Road, just east of Warden Avenue.
Time Development Group is working with Kohn Partnership Architects to bring Danforth Square to life. The community will feature a nine-storey boutique condo, which will have street level retail and commercial space, and there will also be many freehold contemporary townhomes surrounding the condo.
Kohn Partnership Architects has done an amazing job with the exterior design of the Danforth Square condo. The sleek look achieved with glass, metal, and a healthy balance of different textures and light and dark colours will ensure that the condo stands out from existing architecture in the neighbourhood. The townhomes follow suit with a highly geometric based design, featuring red cladding, a stark and welcomed contrast to the traditional, brick low-rise homes in the area.

Wherever there is an exciting, modern-contemporary development to be found in Toronto, Tanner Hill seems to be involved. This award-winning interior design firm specializes in creating luxurious yet comfortable spaces, giving you a sophisticated home that is still inviting and cozy!
Some of the impressive interior features and finishes that will be found at Danforth Square (in the condos and townhomes) include designer kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, 9’ ceilings, engineered laminate flooring, porcelain and ceramic tile, and stone and granite countertops.
Speaking of interiors, Danforth Square will feature a variety of amenities and common spaces, which Tanner Hill also designed. The fitness centre will offer state-of-the-art cardio and weight equipment, and there will be a yoga and Pilates studio. The party room will feature a billiards table, premium plank flooring, a large screen television, and floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also a screening cinema to watch your favourite films with friends and a guest suite for when those late movie-nights turn into all-night marathons. The rooftop garden will have barbecue stations, dining areas, a tanning deck, and the landscaped garden will feature cabanas and other lounge areas.

Located at 250 Danforth Road, Danforth Square truly is an urban village.
