Once you have chosen a home site, you will then meet with the professional Design Team and start the exciting journey of customizing your dream home.

In the first step, you have one-on-one meetings with each member of the Design Team - the Architect, Interior Designers, and the Landscape Architect. At this meeting, each team member brings their unique professional expertise to focus on your ideas, priorities, wants and needs. The second step begins with each design professional creating a series of sketches that reflect the ideas and input gathered from the first meeting. Giving you everything you need to visualize what your dream home will look and feel like, the second step ends only when you’ve approved of the vision. The third step is where the Design Team finalizes the plans and, in the fourth step, personally oversees the execution of the final drawings.
