Prestigious and leading organizations in the creative industry continue to flock to Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts in Toronto’s booming East Bayfront area.
Daniels recently announced that award-winning firms, CORE Architects and House of Cool, will be relocating their offices to 130 QQE, the office condos at Daniels Waterfront. The 85-person team at CORE will operate out of 20,000 square feet and House of Cool’s 50 employees will have 6,000 square feet.
“We’re thrilled to have these two industry-leading firms join the many other organizations who have recognized the benefits of collaborating with an arts and innovation community in one Toronto’s most coveted locations,” says Dominic Tompa, Broker of Record, City Life Realty.
CORE has more than 150 condo projects under their belt, 60 of which are located in downtown Toronto. They have also designed more than 200 million square feet of residential and 1,500 retail outlets internationally.

House of Cool is a world renowned animation studio offering design, editorial, and storyboard services. One of their latest projects was Netflix’s Troll Hunters, which won six Daytime Emmys for Creative Arts. They also worked on Despicable Me, Ice Age, Rio 2, and for corporate clients such as Microsoft, Pepsi, Unilever, and Walmart.
“Moving to the waterfront gives us more than just a bigger office space. It gives us something that embodies our culture of storytelling, fun, collaboration, and productivity,” says Wes Lui, House of Cool’s Co-Founder.
Located at Lower Jarvis and Queens Quay East, Daniels Waterfront is comprised of 1.32 million square feet of office, retail, academic, residential, and public amenity space. There are two condo towers and two office condos, joined by the Yard, an outdoor courtyard with shopping, dining, and Sugar Beach North.
