Crates Landing's September Sales Event

September has been a busy month in Keswick, especially at the Crates Landing Presentation Centre on the south shores of Lake Simcoe.
With the announcement of a new builder taking the lead on the waterfront project, coupled with affordable new pricing, the doors were opened for a special Sales Event on Saturday, September 7th with a huge and enthusiastic crowd in attendance.
With the sales made over the weekend, 70% of the first phase of the project is now spoken for – a sales milestone which means financing can be finalized and construction will be commencing in the spring of 2014.
Now spearheading the development, the Augustine Group, a well-known developer of premium residential projects, is stretching out the summer and continuing with sales events in the weekends to come.
