Cornell by Ballantry Homes: Phase 5 Now Open!
By on Oct 31, 2012
We attended the Grand Opening of Phase 5 of Cornell earlier this week, which was also graced by Ballantry owner, David Hill, Ballantry’s Sales and Marketing Manager, Mark Lawrence, the Mayor, Frank Scarpitti, and Councillor, Colin Campbell. Adrenaline was pumping, the crowd grew, and the wall-mounted floorplans illuminated the Cornell Sales Office. It was a good way to start the week.
Phase 5 of Cornell is comprised of new townhomes, semis, and detached homes, all of which feature designs of timeless appeal, and are built with top quality materials, ensuring that your new home remains a valuable family asset for generations. The exteriors of the Cornell homes are comprised of brick, maintenance free siding, subtle stonework, arched windows, some conical roofs, covered porches, and some of the most welcoming entryways in Markham.

Cornell is located near 16th Avenue and Cornell Centre Blvd., placing it on the edge of everything. While Cornell is surrounded by some of Markham’s best, the atmosphere is still one of tranquility, away from speeding traffic, where kids can play road-hockey in the streets.
