Origin Story:

Like many young builders, Corey grew up in a homebuilding family, which ultimately lead to his passion for the business! His determination lead him to receive a business degree from the University of Western Ontario, and then he worked as a Site Super for a few years, where he learned everything about the construction game. When Corey decided he was confident enough to carry the responsibility of working for the family business, he teamed up with his brother Kevin Brown in ICON Homes.

Vision:

“I believe the home building industry in the GTA will continue to remain strong, but we continue to face more and more challenges every day! With land prices continuing to rise and greater legislation regulating this industry, small builders such as ourselves, need to be creative in order to find new development or redevelopment opportunities. As Toronto and the GTA continue to have greater density, I believe we will see the utilization of stacked townhouses and mid-rise buildings.”

Corey is an avid boater! When he’s not on a construction site, you’ll find him on the water. He hopes to own his dream boat one day!
