Streetcar Developments has been pretty busy over the past few years, and has certainly found their niche in innovative, boutique style buildings - especially when developing high profile sites. Recently, we had the opportunity to tour Sync Lofts, one of Streetcar’s latest developments in the east end.

We have been meaning to check out Sync Lofts for a long time now. Located right at the corner of Queen St. East and Carroll St., the eight-storey building is starting to see occupancy. Streetcar is just finishing off the small interior touches as new owners are starting to move in. This week, we were invited to check out the progress at Sync Lofts, and as you can see from the photos, things are really coming along.

Features and Finishes at Sync Lofts

Some of the highlights of our trip to Sync Lofts include checking out the rooftop terrace and the views, the future home of the amenities centre, as well as the model suites, which are tastefully designed. All the units will be equipped with iPod docking stations, which are connected to pre-wired speakers in the living rooms, bedroom, and bathrooms! Several environmentally friendly features have also been incorporated into the design of the building, such as energy star appliances, low-flow faucets, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, as well as an on-site car-share program.

The Location of Sync Lofts

Located at 630 Queen St. East, Sync Lofts is one of the first, new boutique condos in the east end. The Riverdale area offers a nice mix of parks, independent shops and restaurants, and vibrant streetscapes, all on along one of Toronto’s main streets. With streetcar access right outside your door, downtown is easily accessible!
