Construction Update: Daniels’ NY2 in Toronto

Recently, we visited Daniels’ NY2 Condos in Toronto to check out the three model suites that just opened to the public. While we were there, we took the opportunity to pop in on some of the amenity spaces to see how the construction was going.
The NY2 Cafe
The NY2 Cafe will be an extension of the sophisticated lobby, and will also serve as an extension of your own living space. Featuring modern furnishings, internet connection, and large windows, the NY2 Cafe will be the perfect place to greet visitors, mingle with neighbours, and relax after a long day’s work.
The Uptown Club
Located on the seventh floor (the top level), The Uptown Club will be an ideal venue for all your entertaining needs. Serve up delicious snacks for your friends from the catering kitchen, have a fun movie night on the large flatscreen television, and during the warmer months take advantage of the spacious outdoor terrace, gardening plots, and barbecue station!
Fitness Centre
The Fitness Centre at NY2 will be located on the first floor and will feature plenty of space no matter which kind of exercise you practice. Whether you’re a pilates fan, a yogi, or a weightlifter, NY2’s fitness centre will more than accommodate you.
These amenity spaces may look raw now, but Daniels plans on having them all 100% ready for the first move-ins, which are scheduled for the end of this April. The construction team is focusing on getting all the finishings done and the rough work is mostly completed. Over the next two months, there will be noticeable progress daily at NY2!
