Construction Update: Bisha Hotel and Residences
By Lucas on Oct 11, 2012
Bisha Hotel and Residences by Lifetime Developments and INK Entertainment needs no introduction. Any condo that had Lenny Kravitz contribute to the interior design is pretty cool in our books.
We headed over to the site of the former Diesel Playhouse, just south of King Street West on Blue Jays Way, to check out the construction progress. As of Oct. 10, just the gutted Diesel Playhouse stands. Bisha will rise to 41 storeys atop the brick heritage building, boasting a sleek modern design, emanating a vibe of pure class and luxury.
There are 337 units comprising Bisha, ranging from 379 to 2,554 square feet. Bisha had a very successful launch, so there are only a few units remaining! Some of the elegant interior features and finishes include nine-foot ceilings, designer-selected pre-finished engineered wood flooring, custom designed contemporary cabinetry, natural stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows. With Munge Leung at the reins for Bisha’s interior design, you can expect living and amenity spaces of the highest standard.
Aside from looking amazing inside and out, Bisha is surrounded by Toronto’s best, as it is on the border between the Fashion District and Entertainment District. Clubs, bars, fine dining, boutiques, cinemas, live theatres, reliable transit – the list goes on. Day or night, the King West neighbourhood is the place to be, and you can be at the centre of it all.
We are really looking forward to Lifetime Developments and INK Entertainment making some more progress at Bisha Hotel and Residences. Watching this one rise will be really exciting not just for the neighbourhood, but for the entire city.
Stay tuned to the HomesAndCondosBlog, we will be following the construction at Bisha all the way to the end!
