The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences is quickly rising in Yorkville.

Four Seasons Toronto Menkes Lifetime Developments

Located in the heart of Yorkville at Bay and Scollard St., the Four Seasons  is a mixed-use building.  With both residential and commercial aspects, it will surely be a landmark for the area.

The current site of the Four Seasons, located at 21 Avenue Road, will close and be redeveloped by Menkes  into two 48 and 44 storey condominiums once the new tower is open to the public.

The hotel and residence will have two towers, one 55 storey high and the other 26 storey’s high, with 204 private residences attached to the hotel complex.

Designed by two of Toronto's top architectural groups, ArchitectsAllaince and Page and Steele, the building features a sleek look with steel and glass on the exterior.

Menkes and Lifetime developments have teamed up on this monumental project in Yorkville.

The presentation gallary is located at 50 Scollard Street, and can be contacted at 416-775-7500.
