Construction Continues At Allure Condos
By on Oct 05, 2011
The Yonge and Davisville neighbourhood is designed for laid-back living, but is close to the vibrant Eglinton and St. Clair centres. There are a number of shops along Yonge, and the base of Allure will add even more opportunities for quaint retail spaces. Countless restaurants, live music, and theatre venues can also be found within the friendly neighbourhood. Although there is a multitude of amenities just beyond Allure’s entrance, it is located within walking distance of the Yonge subway line, so the rest of the city is easily accessible. This mix of peaceful living and big-city amenities is strongly desired, but sometimes you need a break from it all - luckily the Kay Gardner Beltline Trail is located just south of Davisville Avenue. This is a 4.5 km tree-lined trail which winds through beautiful parks and green space, all the way from Bathurst to the Don River.
Greenpark has always focused on maximizing living space with strategic layouts. They are offering everything from a bachelor suite to a two bedroom + den. Many of the one bedroom units will even have 1.5 baths, which is extremely rare. There will be 197 units and their sizes will range from 468-1,258 square feet. The Allure suites will have 9’ ceilings, while the signature suites will have 10’ ceilings. Every unit will feature hardwood, ceramic, or porcelain flooring, and have a large balcony or terrace with city wide views. Designer kitchens with granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, and integrated appliances are standard features.
