Cobble Beach is a McLeese legacy. The whole family is involved; no one is left out,” explains owner Rob McLeese. Unlike developments of this kind, which typically install the amenities last, McLeese prioritized the shoreline, golf course, and clubhouse before turning his mind to the creation of a community of private residences.
The charming waterfront clubhouse is heated geothermally, in keeping with the family’s dedication to sustainable practices.
