Cleave View is coming to West Brampton this June!

Even people not in the market for a new home know that Brampton is one of the fastest growing cities in Southern Ontario, particularly West Brampton. With the announcement that Aspen Ridge Homes, CountryWide Homes, Regal Crest Homes, and Townwood Homes are teaming up to launch Cleave View Estate by Credit River, even more eyes are going to be on the quickly developing family city!
Cleave View will feature stunning detached homes ranging from 38’ to 60’ on a beautiful site along Mississauga Road, just north of Queen Street. The builders are currently collecting registrations for the highly anticipated community with plans to open this June.
The community is named after Wilbert Cleave and his family, who farmed the land from 1955 until recently. The Cleave name has been well respected in the West Brampton and Georgetown area, being prominent in both farming and early politics. Their family origins date back to the mid 1800s in these locations.
Living by the Credit River in West Brampton
It’s not surprising that registrations are pouring in since there are so many family amenities within a close proximity to the Cleave View site, including grocery stores, schools, parks, entertainment venues, restaurants, and other services.
First of all, as soon as you heard the intersection, you probably realized that Cleave View is only a few minutes away from one of the city’s favourite parks, Eldorado Park. Why is Eldorado Park one of the best in Brampton? Because it features the city’s only outdoor public pool, as well as numerous picnic areas. During special occasions and holidays, fireworks and other community events are often hosted in the park. This means that living at Cleave View will make it easier to get involved in your community and meet new friends and neighbours.
A few of the closest schools to Cleave View are Ingleborough Public School, Huttonville Public School, and St. Jean Vianney Catholic School. There are also a couple high schools nearby, so Cleave View is an ideal community in which to settle in for the long haul and raise a family.
When it comes to keeping your gourmet style kitchen fully stocked, the most convenient grocery stores for you will probably be No Frills and Sobeys. There is also a Walmart nearby, as well as many cultural food stores, such as Asian Food Centre, Indian Food Land, and Brampton European Meats.
Cleave View is also a great community for you if you lead an active lifestyle. If you’re a golfer, you’ll love that Cleave View is seconds away from one of Brampton’s premier courses. For your children, the Huttonville Community Centre has two gymnasiums for activities and offers a variety of organized recreational activities all year.
