Clairity 2 by Reid’s Heritage Homes sold out in just a few hours!

It looks like the strong demand for condo living has stayed steady through the holidays. Reid’s Heritage Homes recently hosted a VIP preview opening for their boutique condo in Guelph, Clairity 2, and they sold out in just a few hours!
There are 63 suites at Clairity - the fact that the second phase never had to open to the public is a testament to the project’s amazing area and Reid’s Heritage Homes’ reputation in both the new low-rise and condo markets.
Clairity 2 featured studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, ranging from 501 to 993 square feet. A few of the standout features and finishes included polished granite countertops, three-piece ENERGY STAR appliances, slab cabinetry, stylish chrome faucets, soaker tubs, in-suite laundry, luxury vinyl plank flooring, USB outlets in the walls for convenient device charging, and LED bulbs in all ceiling fixtures.

Reid’s Heritage Homes has big plans for Guelph!
Woodlands Preserve
