Cityside Stouffville grand opening coming soon!

In a little over a week, one of the most highly anticipated new home communities in the Greater Toronto Area will open to the public. We’re counting down the days until Cityside Stouffville by DECO Homes, Fieldgate Homes, OPUS Homes, and Starlane Homes opens the sales centre doors. 

The big day is Saturday, September 21, 2019. Doors will open at 11 am. There’s been a lot of interest in Cityside, and it doesn’t look like the builders are taking appointments, so we recommend showing up early to secure a spot in line. 

To give you an idea of the new home opening turnouts we’ve seen in Stouffville, just take a look at Fieldgate’s Blue Sky opening from earlier this year. People lined up days in advance for this opening. The parking lot was full hours before the sales centre even opened. There was even security to direct the line and ensure the day proceeded in a safe and calm fashion. People understand that Stouffville is a desirable place to live and they leap at the opportunity to buy a new home in the area.
