When decorating a model suite, it’s always a smart move to appeal to the masses, but Stirling did so in such a unique way that you can barely tell who she is targeting with her decor choices. “The white Pasha chairs are a great example,” Stirling says. “Their design is classic, but these are done in polycarbonate. It’s a fun look.” She also comments on the black lamp on the credenza: “Again, the styling is traditional, but the material is plastic. This adds a touch of quirkiness to the surroundings.”

Stirling made a few key decisions to make the common living areas seem even more spacious than they already are. “By placing a glass dining table in the living area, we helped to keep the look airy, and the chrome in the small living room tables adds sparkle. Using two tables instead of one larger coffee table is popular practice today,” Stirling explains.
